Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's & Con's: Public Works has completed checking the bids for the above referenced project, and recommends award of the contract to Anderson Environmental Contracting, LLC for their bid amount of $258,327.31. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: The bid amount is $258,327.31. This will be funded at 86.5% by the Federal Highway Administration, and 13.5% by the County Road Fund. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board authorize the Award of Contract to Anderson Environmental Contracting, LLC, and return one (1) copy to Public Works for further processing.
