LIHEAP needs your feedback
The Washington State Department of Commerce published a draft of the 2027 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Model Plan Application on June 29, 2026.
The 2027 LIHEAP Model Plan Application describes how the state of Washington, with community-based agencies and local governments, will provide energy assistance and weatherization services
to low-income households.
