Two things need attention: most traffic is arriving from out-of-market cities, and lead / conversion tracking isn't configured, so the "leads" section of the dashboard reads zero regardless of performance. ~3,000 NEW USERS +155 returning 593 ORGANIC SEARCH USERS people finding us on Google 1,700 PAID TRAFFIC "soundpub" campaign 39K SEARCH IMPRESSIONS Bar Car listing alone Where Traffic Came From Paid advertising was the single largest driver — the "soundpub" campaign accounts for essentially all of the 1,700 paid visitors. Direct and organic search follow, nearly tied, each bringing ~600 visitors. Social sent only 42 new users to the site directly. Paid (soundpub)1,700 Direct 597 Organic Search 593 Organic Social 42 Referral 35 Unassigned / Display 8 Because paid traffic is the biggest slice, it's worth confirming this campaign is geo-targeted to our visitor markets (see geography below) so the spend is pulling the right audience. Quimper Events Collective Q2 2026 Board Update Page 1 of 3 ACTIVE USERS BY CITY THE DIRECTORY AT WORK Who's Visiting This is the quarter's key flag. Our top cities are largely out-of-market metros — San Antonio, Singapore, Dallas, Austin, Las Vegas — that aren't realistic sources of overnight visitors to the Olympic Peninsula. The audiences that matter for tourism draw, Seattle and Port Townsend, rank #2 and #5 but are surrounded by traffic that likely isn't converting into real visits or member bookings. San Antonio, TX 204 Seattle, WA 201 Singapore 169 Dallas, TX 159 Port Townsend, WA 129 Austin, TX 67 Las Vegas, NV 45 accent = in-market / drive-market audiences that align with QEC's visitor-draw goals. WHY THIS MATTERS Search Performance This is the good news, and it's a strong story for members: member listing pages are QEC's most visible content in Google Search. One listing — Bar Car Mobile Bar — appeared in search results ~39,000 times, dwarfing everything else and ranking for high-value generic queries like "mobile bar cart" and "mobile bar." Top pages by Google impressions PAGE IMPR. Bar Car Mobile Bar 39,000 Tipsy Gypsy Mobile Bar 2,100 Brigid's Loft 1,800 Point Wilson Lighthouse 1,700 Quilcene Lantern 1,200 Misty Clover Farm 1,100 "What is Quimper?" page 969 Top search queries QUERY CLICKS quimper events collective 72 brigid's loft 34 brigids loft 26 mobile bar cart 21 mobile bar 14 brigid's loft port townsend 10 port townsend catering 6 "Impressions" = how often a page appeared in Google results, not visits. Still, the pattern is the point: people search for member names and for services ("mobile bar," "port townsend catering"), and QEC's listings are what surfaces — that's the membership value proposition working. Our own brand term, "quimper events collective," is the #1 query overall, a sign of growing name recognition. • The out-of-market skew tracks closely with the large paid campaign; tightening its geographic targeting to Seattle–Tacoma, Portland, and the broader Puget Sound would likely improve traffic quality. Stories stayed active and steady. Facebook, by contrast, is effectively dormant: the same content that performs on Instagram is landing to near-silence there, which points to a clear focus for Q3. 4,185 IG FEED REACH 14 posts 8.6% IG FEED ENG. Quimper Events Collective Q2 2026 Board Update Page 1 of 3 321 STORIES PUBLISHED 15 POSTS · 8 PHOTOS, 7 VIDEOS Instagram Stories Stories were the most consistent surface of the quarter — roughly 3–4 per day — keeping QEC visible in members' and followers' daily feeds. Interaction (replies, sticker taps) is low; more polls, questions, and "tap to learn more" stickers could lift it. Facebook Facebook is where the quarter's clearest problem sits. QEC cross-posted the same content that succeeds on Instagram, but the response was almost nonexistent: 7 reactions, 1 comment, 0 shares across all 15 posts, and 146 total 3- second video views. Nothing was boosted, so this is entirely organic performance — and organic Facebook reach for pages has collapsed industry-wide.
