Q2 2026 Website Report
April 1 – June 30, 2026 · quimpereventscollective.com (Google Analytics 4) · Prepared for the Board of Directors
The website drew about 3,000 new visitors this quarter, and QEC's real engine showed through clearly:
member listing pages are the top-performing content in Google Search, doing exactly what the directory is
meant to do — put members in front of people looking for event services. Two things need attention: most traffic
is arriving from out-of-market cities, and lead / conversion tracking isn't configured, so the "leads" section of
the dashboard reads zero regardless of performance.

Where Traffic Came From
Paid advertising was the single largest driver — the "soundpub" campaign accounts for essentially all of the 1,700
paid visitors. Direct and organic search follow, nearly tied, each bringing ~600 visitors. Social sent only 42 new users to
the site directly.

Because paid traffic is the biggest slice, it's worth confirming this campaign is geo-targeted to our visitor markets (see geography
below) so the spend is pulling the right audience.

THE DIRECTORY AT WORK
Who's Visiting
This is the quarter's key flag. Our top cities are largely out-of-market metros — San Antonio, Singapore, Dallas, Austin,
Las Vegas — that aren't realistic sources of overnight visitors to the Olympic Peninsula. The audiences that matter for
tourism draw, Seattle and Port Townsend, rank #2 and #5 but are surrounded by traffic that likely isn't converting into
real visits or member bookings.

accent = in-market / drive-market audiences that align with QEC's visitor-draw goals.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Search Performance
This is the good news, and it's a strong story for members: member listing pages are QEC's most visible content in
Google Search. One listing — Bar Car Mobile Bar — appeared in search results ~39,000 times, dwarfing everything
else and ranking for high-value generic queries like "mobile bar cart" and "mobile bar."

"Impressions" = how often a page appeared in Google results, not visits. Still, the pattern is the point: people search for member
names and for services ("mobile bar," "port townsend catering"), and QEC's listings are what surfaces — that's the membership
value proposition working. Our own brand term, "quimper events collective," is the #1 query overall, a sign of growing name
recognition.
• The out-of-market skew tracks closely with the large paid campaign; tightening its geographic targeting to
Seattle–Tacoma, Portland, and the broader Puget Sound would likely improve traffic quality.

Q2 2026 Social Media Report
April 1 – June 30, 2026 · Instagram & Facebook (@quimpereventsco) · Prepared for the Board of Directors
Instagram carried QEC's social presence this quarter, and it carried it well — feed posts reached roughly 4,200
accounts at an 8.6% engagement rate, well above the industry norm, with our two strongest reels coming from
member collaborations. Stories stayed active and steady. Facebook, by contrast, is effectively dormant: the
same content that performs on Instagram is landing to near-silence there, which points to a clear focus for Q3.

READ ON STORIES
High-frequency, low-lift — good for member shout-
outs, event reminders, and behind-the-scenes
moments.
Interaction (replies, sticker taps) is low; more polls,
questions, and "tap to learn more" stickers could
lift it.
Facebook
Facebook is where the quarter's clearest problem sits. QEC cross-posted the same content that succeeds on Instagram,
but the response was almost nonexistent: 7 reactions, 1 comment, 0 shares across all 15 posts, and 146 total 3-
second video views. Nothing was boosted, so this is entirely organic performance — and organic Facebook reach for
pages has collapsed industry-wide.

Note: Facebook's export doesn't include an organic reach figure, so reach isn't shown here. The engagement signal alone is
