The builder/developer shared a new rendering last week of the handsome 12-story building, with about 200,000 square feet. The architects are Mithun and British firm Waugh Thistleton. A substantially mass-timber endeavor, Bevel is still in review with the city. The corner property, at 65th, offers about 1.6 acres, and isn't publicly listed for sale. But it looks to be on the market.
