John,
Our hearts are with our communities across the state facing yet another devastating wildfire season. As of this morning, fifteen wildfires have burned more than 250,000 acres across
Washington in what Public Lands Commissioner Upthegrove has described as an "extraordinary" fire season.
With more than 65,000 people displaced by the Spokane Complex fires and over 1,000 more by the Kaiser Canyon fire on the Colville Indian Reservation, we know many of you are looking
for ways to support those impacted. The following organizations offer a variety of ways to support fire relief and recovery efforts.

Drop off items at Spokane Fire Station 16 (5225 N. Assembly St., Spokane)
Suggested donations: socks, deodorant, chapstick, eye drops, electrolyte drinks or mix to put in water bottles, protein + granola bars, beef jerky, trail mix, protein shakes, baby wipes,
