Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's Et Con's: This change order modifies and changes the original scope by adding removal and hauling of additional trees required for temporary utility relocation. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: The total amount for Change Order No. 1 is $9,998.50. The contract amount will increase from $38,250.00 to $48,248.50. This contract will be reimbursed by FHWA - Western Federal Lands. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board authorize Change Order No. 1 with Olympic Resources and return a digital copy to Public Works.
