Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's 8: Con's: Public Works has completed checking the bids for the above referenced project, and recommends award of the contract to Shold Excavating, Inc. for their bid amount of $136,877.15. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: Project funding in the amount of $136,877.15 will be from the County Road Fund. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board authorize the Award of Contract to Shold Excayating, Inc., and return one (1) copy to Public Works for further processing.
