As data centers spread rapidly across the country, this updated rule would make it much harder for communities to understand, question, and challenge the pollution these facilities emit. Tell the agency to protect every community's right to know, participate in, and protect their health, clean air, and climate. <http://click.emails.sierraclub.org/?qs=ABB7InYiOjEsImQiOjQ5NjV9AAcAAAAAB SXCCf4u42heMHCac5doAqgL_3nSS1ixqssRd2qM4fEvf7gSK-iZI1VIOy639UP9NZcdLK85qnY5ayDReG2z9FRRiViOecgZXLagfA> Send your message <http://click.emails.sierraclub.org/?qs=ABB7InYiOjEsImQiOjQ5NjV9AAcAAAAABSXCCf4v0SrJuzgeHHmX3txULlMTRTC1AGBoJ9OiclPBfMTmmqFH8AnAM-tlBHI7CEMQt9DBF0JH50VMK2Xy3lyPQ1k64rMs55uvdbr1Xpc> Take Action <http://click.emails.sierraclub.org/?qs=ABB7InYiOjEsImQiOjQ5NjV9AAcAAAAABSXCCf4wWBRsU-Bl8PVxfqGVvDGcqgrAkDZc5wibp9drdUJiRWPNUxKUVTsNoNpycm3qNmHdgmcIYGDwN8MPWLuEybR9RbZKMdoZjwMiuks> Grizzly sow and cubs. | Photo by National Park Service Protect Grizzly Bears! <http://click.emails.sierraclub.org/?qs=ABB7InYiOjEsImQiOjQ5NjV9AAcAAAAABSXCCf4xuP39s2Zn0-UoBl5iKGKydoVQdWriNZ74WdD662zESa18kRMk35F_LdLPHJ1_uAJUpiqjXwPkcyZiU2Q2_FPmr3cll8cX1cpp IcE> The US Fish and Wildlife Service recently proposed weakening Endangered Species Act protections for grizzlies in the contiguous United States, which could lift restrictions on when these bears can be killed, injured, or harassed. We can't allow this agency to undermine the incredible progress we've made toward the recovery of this iconic species. In 2024, the Biden administration implemented basic, commonsense rules requiring oil companies to clean up after themselves and drill more safely on our public lands. Now, the Trump administration is trying to drag us backward. We need your voice to stop these Big Oil giveaways and demand real protections for our public lands. <http://click.emails.sierraclub.org/?qs=ABB7InYiOjEsImQiOjQ5NjV9AAcAAAAABSXCCf41zQUUGf6ABUB35jB4Ce n9kcTDEcr0vXXCAyI7DxJb4ddkpleRJ5pDPKVTTSTq8I3JkMUKVWCD8BqzTaRhX3MIWKdfGDJBIM_mXvo> <http://click.emails.sierraclub.org/?qs=ABB7InYiOjEsImQiOjQ5NjV9AAcAAAAABSXCCf42diuOPoNB-2Z0kd6UlNy5YVOjplA2WGPMri5l7sYCD7hFf2VnSgT3h9JPr2Jn5iSuNAu_JgU11UKgPKGkXGXkLZkqwHEooaBGAlM> Photo by Al Braden Truck Pollution Doesn't Belong in Our Neighborhoods <http://click.emails.sierraclub.org/?qs=ABB7InYiOjEsImQiOjQ5NjV9AAcAAAAABSXCCf43nArvWq_n0mTztlDZykt9CM7jMiGkJpfZ2xmQzZ3kGUSQzw-y-HUgf34fhDwlLMoc8Yy 4pmm3PzGDfefadRQ5YcezTd1tHjRZnaY> The Environmental Protection Agency is looking to gut protections around diesel truck pollution -- and the people living near freight corridors and industrial zones could pay the price. In June, the Bureau of Land Management quietly approved the Townsite Data Center project in Nevada, located on 88.5 acres of public land, even though it was initially pitched and permitted as a solar and battery storage facility. High temperatures not only strain the grid due to increased energy demand but also frequently force data centers to power up backup diesel generators. But what does science actually show? The Canadian boreal forest is about three times the size of Alaska and mostly inaccessible by road. In other words, mismanagement isn't to blame for smoke drifting south. It's climate change, which is exacerbated by the continued use of fossil fuels. To protect the boreal as it is, a true, global commitment to emissions reductions is needed. <http://click.emails.sierraclub.org/?qs=ABB7InYiOjEsImQiOjQ5NjV9AAcAAAAABSXCCf5GcP434o9897lbgcnUap2-ygUX0j O3Eij-6hjh1isLBiYuspLWVkVipeI-d9LEUr2frckzXgzk1QDqMBpk8NAWJAPZkA_gDQ> ________________________________ Did someone forward this email to you?
