I have the form sent to me previously from the city, however we are unclear what the county requires before filing a Federal Lawsuit 60 days prior to any legal filings. We intend to file a Federal Civil and Constitutional Rights Case regarding malicious prosecution, false report, conspiracy against rights, endangerment, constitutional and civil rights violations, second amendment rights violations, and first amendment rights violations involving Jefferson County Deputies, Court Clerks, Legal Assistants, Judges, and Prosecutors.
