I am Neal, live 5 miles so. of town; been here since 1963. I have concerns re the subject. Primary one is the closed top containers for glass and the mix of paper, plastic, tin and
aluminum. ( mix makes no sense to me). Open top bin for cardboard is good, easy to use. Closed top bins require item by item disposal. Hazardous, and slow. Only alternative is to dump
on slab with regular garbage; all responsible recycling effort wasted. Seems like easy fix, good result. Thanks for your attention to this issue.
