Renata Munfrada - City of PT, Keppi Keplinger - County Emergency Management, Peggy Webster - Olycap Projects manager, David E., Bill Volmut - Bayside, Chris Hannon - Olycap, Deborah
Pedersen, Debbi Tesch - Housing Authority,
Trevor Bayside emergency shelter - full, 1 staff hired. Julia working 4-8 as a volunteer monitor, if interested email Tbreland@baysidehousing.org. Could use others. QUUF/Quakers, and

Gary - Bayside (reported by Greg) trying to absorb extra expense for food etc. Working with the American Legion to repaint the floor section by section.
Peggy - trenching etc. done. Architect comments tomorrow, then L&I approval and the county approval.
Notes from last two meetings - Remove girl scouts selling property to wording recommended by Renata.
Welcoming Center - meeting with the City tomorrow about Pope Marine and other things. 10 people met at the Jefferson Community Foundation to discuss the short and long term future of
the Welcoming Center. The beginning of a steering committee is happening.
Housing Fund Board Memorandum - will be considered in two weeks. Faith Based organizations - such as congregations and Jefferson Interfaith Action Coalition are an important partner.
