Hello, all - I am attaching the results of our CHG monitoring from Commerce received yesterday. You will note that we are found in full compliance in all areas - there is a note about
some data entry that is missing, this was a Commerce error In the data collection system which they are correcting. It was not our error. Please join me in congratulating Viola and

Heather - this is why I am so bewildered about the HFBs dissatisfaction of our CHG service provision - when you say "it's not working" I believe that is less a matter of OCAP's execution
of the contract and more a matter of the contract not being a good fit for a rural community - because our program is what CHG full compliance looks like. This is not to say that there
could not be positive change that is more inclusive of all partners, there certainly can. What is missing, in my opinion, is a cooperative relationship between the lead agency and county/HFB
- it feels like HFB is working really hard to assert control over the work when a) it's not their role and b) it is not a cooperative approach, it is divisive and perpetuates/validates
unfounded mistrust and had undermined our efforts to develop an inclusive community response.

Hello CHG Lead Grantee,
Commerce has completed your community’s CHG Performance Monitoring for State Fiscal Year 2026 (July 2025-June 2026). Based on our review of your community’s performance, your community
is in compliance with all performance requirements.
This means that, where there is enough data to make a determination, your community:
1. Has met or has shown improvement on all general performance targets (or is within a statistically acceptable range of each target), and
2. Does not demonstrate significant racial disparities on any of the performance measures.
Next Steps
Please see the attached “CHG Performance Monitoring Results” to review your results more thoroughly and share with your subgrantees. While your community is in compliance with performance
requirements, the results provide useful information to help your community continue to strengthen or maintain performance.
Please note that performance information regarding the Homelessness Prevention (HP) measure ONLY is informational and does not factor into any funding decisions at this time.
If you have questions about your results or other performance-related concerns, you may request optional Technical Assistance (TA) by submitting a ticket with the DPU Help Desk <https://app.smartshe
et.com/b/form/63635c1149e84439ba6f867598739129> (please select “Performance” as the issue you need help with). Please note that our current priority for providing TA will be given to
