On July 25, 2025 Port Townsend Council Member Libby Wenntrom Received Documents
from Jefferson County Clerk Stacy Souza. This Document is a Legal Filing Labeled
“Crystal Cox Declaration” Case #25-2-00102-16 Filed on 6-26-2025, which is a Protective
Order Case Kevin Schooler, Libby Wennstrom’s Lead Operator For Salish Rescue, one of
our attackers at the Julie Jaman Press Conference, has against Reverend Crystal Cox for
offensive speech, of which stripped Cox of her second amendment rights, concealed carry
permit, her guns and right to own a gun for 6 years. This order was granted by Judge
Lorraine Rimson.
UCOL Requests all communication from or to Libby Wennstrom with Clerk Stacy Souza or
any other JC Clerk where Libby is requesting or receiving documents filed in this case or
any other case Cox has been involved in.
UCOL Request the Public Records Order request Libby made for these documents and
receipts for any fees paid to JC for the receiving of these documents.
