Michael Anderson gives his consent to the employees, agents, and contractors of the
Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) to enter and have access to the
property described as Anderson Property Tire Pile.
Ent and access to the Anderson Property Tire Pile shall be for any reasonable time

3. Removing processed or whole tires by transport vehicles, as necessary.
4. Managing the cleanup.
CONDITIONS

1. Release any and all rights to tires on the Anderson Property Tire Pile to

Grant Ecology, or its designees, first use

Allow construction or improvement of road on the Anderson Property Tire
Pile, as necessary.

Property Tire Pile for any temporary or any permanent
tire storage, starting the date the agreed parties sign this agreement, unless this
agreement specifically allows for and describes such storage. 16
Beheld responsible for any further dumping of waste tires that takes place on
the Anderson Property Tire Pile.
6. � Not impede any salvage activity's processing and removal of tires from the
piles on the Anderson Property Tire Pile.
7. Beheld liable for the cost of this cleanup action if another unauthorized fire
pile is created at a .later date by Michael Anderson and/or his/her
representatives.
Ecology agrees to
l . Contract for the processing and removal of tires from the Anderson Property
Tire Pile.
2. Contract for transport and removal of processed and whole tires from the
Anderson Property Tire Pile.
3. Inspect the Anderson Property. Tire Pile following the cleanup to ensure
Ecology is satisfied that all tires are gone. .
MUTUAII CONDITIONS
Michael Anderson and Ecology, and their designees and representatives, further agree:
l . That each party shall hold the others harmless for and against any liability for
any or all injuries to persons or property arising from their own negligent acts
or omissions. .
2.. � To put all specific � conditions noted above into effect, starting on the date the
agreed parties sign this agreement.
3 _ This agreement expires thirty days after the fire pile cleanup is complete and
accepted by Ecology.
