The Superior Court in and for Jefferson County ("Superior Court") has determined that a public nuisance exists at certain real property located in unincorporated Jefferson County at 890 Old Hadlock Road, Port Hadlock, WA, real property also known as Assessor's Parcel Number 901-112- 013 ("the Subject Property"). This Warrant of Abatement is titled 2017 Warrant of Abatement for 890 Old Hadlock Road because the process for obtaining it was begun in 2017 and there was a need to distinguish it from the abatements done on the Subject Property in 2012. 2. The Subject Property is the site of and burdened by solid waste deposited on, left on, brought to or hauled to the Subject Property in violation of the Amended Permanent Injunction Granting Continuing Jurisdiction entered by this Court on November 2, 2012 ("2012 Amended Permanent Injunction"). 2017 WARRANT OF ABATEMENT FOR 890 OLD HADLOCK ROAD PAGE Michael Haas V Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney 1820 Jefferson Street/P.O.
