I am emailing you today to inform you that the 25 EMPG period of performance has expired as of 30 September 2026. Jefferson County never signed the drafted agreement, there for no agreement
was ever executed. The expected award of $25,254.00 will be utilized for 25 EMPG reallocation. If you have any questions, please reach out to me of your assigned PC.
