Statement of Issue:
Call for bids, Jefferson County Courthouse Roof Stabilization Project
County Project No.: 301 594 1839
This call for bids is to request bids for repairs and upgrades to the main roof structure
of the Jefferson County Courthouse, a National Historic Landmark.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's & Con's:
This Project supports Jefferson County's Strategic Plan, Goal #6, Adequate Facilities
for work and play.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis:
The Architect's estimate for this work is $220,000. This project is funded through a
combination of budgeted County funds and a Washington State Historic Courthouse
Grant.
Recommendation:
We recommend that the Call for Bids is approved by the BoCC. Please sign and return
to Public Works.
