The bridge is scheduled to close at 5 a.m. Thursday Oct. 8 to noon Tuesday, Oct. 13. No vehicle traffic is permitted across the bridge until the span reopens. This closure is scheduled to make emergency repairs to the bridge located south of Forks. On July 14, one-way alternating traffic and a speed limit reduction of 25 mph was put in place across the bridge. During these full closures, crews will replace four floor beams at two joints under the driving surface of the bridge. No vehicles will be allowed across the bridge as the work requires removal of a section of the driving surface of the bridge.
