Ther is a rotating art display at the Jefferson County Community Center. It is located in the basement. This month two of the displays were upsetting to some of the residents. They are
not obscene or vulgar in any way. Some thought that they were disrespectful of the military. In response to this they seem to have made the artist drape the displays with a shroud with
the word "CENSORED " on it. This seems to be a direct violation of the Constitution's first amendment. Where do they get the authority to enforce such an action? What will their decision
be the next time someone dislikes a display? Are they now going to preview a display and act as our moral savior? They need to be told that their actions are unacceptable and I feel
illegal. Thank you for your consideration. Ernie Barrett.
