Arriving early? You can then join MOD X Exchange Washington on Oct. 19th and 20th. The MOD X Washington 2026 exchange, offered in partnership with the WA Starter Home Plan, is a housing
event with engagements over two days aimed to increase capacity and competency for starter home production in the state through the development of a regional housing innovation ecosystem.
The activities include a HUB Workshop on October 19th and a Field Tour and Learning Lab on October 20th. The exchange is in partnership with the Starter Home Production Plan (SHP) and
