SUBJECT: ADVISORY COMMITTEE REAPPOINTMENTS (2) re: Local Emergency
Planning Committee (LEPC); Jefferson Transit; Amy Hall; Port Townsend
Paper Company, Shannon Daugherty
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
As of September 16,2026,there are two terms on the Local Emergency Planning Committee that have expired.
Open positions for this committee have been advertised, as the ad remained open until all terms were filled.
Amy Hall and Shannon Daugherty have submitted emails with their intentions to continue to serve in their
current roles on LEPC.
ANALYSIS:
The Local Emergency Planning Committee recommends that the Board of County Commissioners
(BOCC)reappoint the following members to the terms listed below:
• Amy Hall—Jefferson Transit; Two (2)year term expiring on 10/19/28
• Shannon Daugherty—Port Townsend Paper Company; Two (2)year term expiring on 10/19/28
RECOMMENDATION
Approve the letters for reappointment to the Local Emergency Planning Committee:
• Amy Hall—Jefferson Transit
• Shannon Daugherty—Port Townsend Paper Company
