Traffic changes coming to US 101 in Port Angeles at Ennis Creek
PORT ANGELES – Travelers should take note of an upcoming change to the roadway on US 101 in Port Angeles.
From 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18 to 7 a.m. Monday, Oct. 19, travelers can expect single-lane closures on US 101 in both directions.
The lane closures allow contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation to place barrier and apply temporary roadway markings.
By 7 a.m. Monday, Oct. 19, US 101 traffic will shift into its final alignment over Ennis Creek between Del Guzzi Drive and North Baker Street. Access to and from US 101 at North Baker
Street will also reopen.
This work depends on dry weather and could be rescheduled if it rains.

. Over the next several weeks, travelers will see occasional nighttime lane closures while crews put final touches on the project. Work includes a final layer of paving and landscaping.
