Courthouse Roof Project Bid due date extended
Leslie and Raina,
Late yesterday, the project Issued Addendum #2 to extend the Due date for bids. The schedule had been next Monday,
July 11. The new date will be July 25, as there is no meeting on the 18th.
Please cancel the Regular Agenda Item for the Bids Due for this project for July 11. We have notified all prospective
bidders to avoid 'conflicts' on Monday morning. I will see about submitting a Agenda Request for the rescheduled bids
due date (July 25).
I apologize for the late notice. This decision was made to benefit of the outcome of the project bidding.
