The County wishes to add an annual mowing of the Closed Landfill, Septage Lagoon, and new fence line area as a fire safety measure. The County has contracted for this service in the past. . Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's 8: Con's: The mowing/weedeating areas are required to be maintained under condition of our operating permit from Public Health. Pros: -The area can be maintained by contractor for a lower cost than by doing it in-house. -Satisfies permit requirements. . Cons: None Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: Total cost of this Change Order for the 5-year period is $7,081.29. This money is already budgeted in Solid Waste site maintenance so there is no additional impact.
