ANALYSIS:
An e-mail was received from John Austin, Chair of the Committee stating Ruth would like to be appointed to
Mental Health Sales Tax Oversight Committee representing "Law and Justice". Julia Danskin, staff contact for the
committee confirmed this in a separate e-mail.

3. Chief Connor Daily, formerly representing law & Justice is now to represent the Substance Abuse Advisory
Board.
