The Publfc WorksSolfd Waste Department Is requestfng to enter Into a Metal Recycle Agreement for the
Solid Waste DIsposal Facllfty.
Contractor was selected using the County's Vendor List procedures.
AnalysislStrategic Goals:
This Agreement addresses the County's goal on maintaining and enhances environmental qualfty, while
providing opportunity for sustainable natural resource utilization.
Pros: Contracting with a provider provides a constant market of the metals.
Cons: None
Alternatives: None
Fiscal Impact: Provides an annual revenue source.
Recommendation: Please sign the three original contracts and return them to Public Works for
further processing.
