Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's & Con's: The Change Order No.1 provides for replacing 250 tons of Gravel Borrow with 250 Tons of Crushed Surfacing Base Course and for adding the placement and removal of a Turbidity Curtain. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: The cost of the contract change order is $3,400.00. This will be funded at 100% by Jefferson County roads fund. The original contract amount was $40,464.36 Recommendation: The attached contract change order is recommended for your execution. The Board is asked to sign the contract change order where indicated, and return two signed originals to Public Works (attn. Jon Watson).
