Statement of Issue:
The issue is requesting execution of the Contract with Seton Construction Inc in the amount
of $21,750. This project has been bid in accordance with the Small Works Roster bidding
procedures for the project referenced above.
Analysis/Strategic GoalslPro's & Con's:
This project is item number two on the 2011-2016 Six Year Transportation Improvement
Program and is included in the 2011 Annual Construction program.
FlscallmpactlCost Benefit Analysis:
The Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO) will fund 50% of project costs to match local
funds.
Recommendation:
The Board is asked to sign the three original copies where indicated, and return two signed
copies to Public Works (attn Valerie Greene).
