ANALYSIS:
A letter was received from Roy Walker, 03A Executive Director. . The letter states that at the October 18,
2011 Advisory Council meeting a motion was passed recommending appointment of Patricia Smith as a
Jefferson County representative.
RECOMMENDATION:
