STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
HEARING NOTICE re: 2012 Jefferson County Budget; Hearing Scheduled for Monday, December 5,
2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers
ANALYSIS:
The hearing notice will be advertised on November 23 and 30, 2011 in The Leader. The public hearing is
scheduled for December 5, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. The IJoard will hear public testimony regarding all the funds
at that time. Written testimony on the proposed 2012 budget will be accepted until the close of the public
hearing.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve HEARING NOTICE re: 2012 Jefferson County Budget; Hearing Scheduled for Monday,
December 5, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing is scheduled by the Jefferson County
Board of Commissioners for MONDAY. December 5.2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Conunissioners'
Chamber, County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, WA 98368 to consider the
adoption of the 2012 annual budget including the General Fund, Public Works, Special Funds,
and the Jefferson County Road Construction Program. The proposed 2012 budget is available for
viewing on the County website at www.co.iefferson.wa.us.
