IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Snow Creek Road. County Road No. 352909. M.P. 3.78. be improved as follows:
Replace the falling culverts at Milepost 3.78 on the Snow Creek Road with a fish passable culvert or bridge.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adop(ed road flmd budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purpose shown:

Resolution to Create County Project
Snow Creek Road Culvert Replacement, MP 3.78, Project No. CR1899
Statement of Issue: A Resolution is necessary to add this project to the officially
adopted annual road program.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's 8: Con's: The culverts at Snow Creek Road Milepost 3.78
are failing and in need of replacement. Publlc Works applled for a grant for culvert
replacement through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Forest Highway
Program and received 100 percent funding for design and construction. The project will
consist of replacing the existing culverts with a fish-passable culvert or bridge.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: The total project cost is estimated at $458,538
and is funded at 100% by the Federal Highway Administration.
Recommendation: The Board is requested to sign one original of the Resolution to
Create County Project.
