Request to open and read publicly submitted bids after 10:00 A.M. as indicated in the CALL
FOR BIDS dated December 12, 2011 for Supply of Aggregate for Bituminous Surface
Treatment for Calendar Years 2012-2013.
AnalysislStrategic Goals:
The Board has Issued Call for Bids for the above material. Bid invitations have been duly
advertised In accordance with competitive bidding requirements.
Fiscal Impact:
Purchase of aggregate for Bituminous Surface Treatment Is included In the Department of
Public Works 2012 and 2013 budget for Road Operations.
Recommendation:
The Board Is requested to have said submitted bids opened and read publicly, direct the
Public Works Department to review and check bids received and provide recommendations
to the Board at a later date.
