The same precinct boundary lines adopted in 1993 as part of the Jefferson County re-districting process are being used where ever possible, and legal descriptions will be prepared upon approval of the new boundaries for the precincts located in Port Ludlow, Paradise Bay and Shine, and attached to this resolution is a map with new precinct boundary lines. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the precinct boundaries be established and shall be effective no later than April 30, 2012, pursuant to RCW 29A.16.040, which states precinct changes must be finalized 14 days prior to the opening of candidate filing and ending with the day of the general election.
