Chairman Johtt Austin called the meeting to order at the appointed time in the presence of
Commissioner llavid Sullivan. Commissimter Phil Johnson, County Administrator Philip Morley and lleput<~
Prosecuting Attorney David Alvarez.
An Exeuttivc Session was scheduled fiunt 3:00 p.nt. to -4:00 p.m. with the Cinu;ty
Administrator and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney regarding Potential Litigation tinder exemption
RC\x'4230. 110(1)(i) as outlined in the Open Public ~9ectings ,1ct. The Executive Session actually ran from
3:0 ~ p.nt. to 4:0 ~ p.m. and alter a recess, continued li~om 4: I 0 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. At the conclusion of the
lxecutive Session the Board resumed the special meeting. Vo action was taken.
