THE BOARDS OF CLALLAM AND JEFFERSON COUNTIES AND THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND find that:
In December 2010, the Peninsula Housing Authority was established as an agency of Clallam and
Jefferson counties as the successor entity to the Housing Authority of the County of Clallam and the
Housing Authority of Jefferson County.
2. The Board of Housing Commissioners consists of eight members — five appointed by the Clallam

County, and the City of Port Townsend:
The governing body of the Peninsula Housing Authority is reconfigured to include a least one directly
assisted member appointed by either Jefferson County or Clallam County.
