The focus will be on social skills, impulse control skills, grief and bass, life transitions, and feelings identification, while employing various therapetatic techniques such as art therapy, feeling identification cards and sharing ljf~ stories. Subcontractor will conduct a Olllamen's Support Group, meeting once a month, focusing an social' skills, physical and emotional health, and issues of self esteem. Subcontractor will also conduct an Anger Management Group with topics including education about et~otians and emotional regulation,. anger control skills and assertiveness and conflict resolution skills. Copies shall be made available upon rec#uest. F. Ownership and use of documents. The Subcontractor ackrro4vledges and agrees. t}rat any and all' work product directly comrectcd and!or associated with the services rendered hereunder, including but not lirrrited to all documents, drawings, specs#i~ations, writings, samples, reports, pictures and the like 4~Irich the Subcontractor drafts, makes, conceives, develops in the performance of the service hereunder, either solely andlor'~ointly with the County shall be tlrc sole and exclusive property of the County. Section 6. Section l 1. Termination A. The County reserves the right to terminate this contract in whale or in part, ~vithaut prior written notice, in tl~e eve~~t that expected ar actrra9 trmciing from any frmding source is kvithelrawn, reduced, or limited in any vvay after the ef~'ective date of this agreement. ht the event of termination under this clause, the County shall be liable far only payment for services rendered prier to the eltective date of ter~a~ination. Techniques employed are role play, handouts with group participation and relaxation training- 4. Subcontractor will rrreet with clients after informing and receiving, permission from tl~e DDD case managers. Provide a Worrren°s Support +Group once a month, but can bill up to t«•o hours, lane hour for counseling the second hour for set up, take down and dacumentatian}, for t~~c~ months, far a total of` ~ hours from ,luly 2D l2 to August 2©l2, to a minimum of four women age 21 and older ~,~;•ho are clients of the Division of Developnicntal Disabilities in Jefferson +County. Participants gill be charged a ca-pay fee per group. The amount will be 'based an income and a sliding scale will be used to determine cost per individual. 5.
