Chairman Jahn Austin called the meeting to order at the appointed time in the presence of
Commissioner David Sullivan. Commissioner Phil .lolmson arrived shorth thereafter.

moved to approve all the items on the Consent Agenda as presented. Commissioner Sullivan seconded
the motion which carried b~ a unanimous vale.

2012. on page 3 under Conunissioners Brieling Session it states `Chairman Austin attended a
presentation regarding net pens in Port Angeles last vreek. lie caill be attending a presentation on net
pens and the relation to viruses and meeting regarding the opening of the Ehvha River in Pon Angeles
next wcek." It should be corrected to state "Chairman Austin attended a presentation regarding net pens
in Port ringcles last week. Ile will be attending a presentation regarding the opening of the F.hvha River
in Port An~clcs next week." Commissioner Sullivan moved to approve the minutes of August 20. 2012
as corrected. Commissioner Johnson seconded the motion. Counh' Administrator Philip Morley stated

Chairman Austin at[cnded a mccting last week regarding the possibility of creating a mental health court.
lle will be attending an Olympic Penit>sula Tourism Council meeting on Thursday.
Conunissioner Sullivan participated in a \1'ashington State Association of Counties (\VSAC) Exempt
\\'ell Group conlerenee call mccting last week. Ile will be attending a Ul}mpic Community Action
Board meeting this werk.
Commissioner Jolutson reported on a drought in Texas.
The meeting was recessed at 9:4~ a.m. and reconvened at I :31 p.m with all three
Commissioncrs present.
