OPENING BUSINESS Chariman:,Randolph called the meeting to order at.7:40_p,m,. Members present --were Karl :Randolph, Richard Keny©n, Morris Short, William - Svensson, and Eva Taylor. A quorum was declared by Chairman Randolph. Representing the Planning Department were Director David Cu,64i.pgham and,:Communiity_ Development Planner David Goldsmith acting as'8ecretary. Guests were Developers -Harold and-florence Brandgberry and' Petitioner 40.0 Daniels. IT. PRELIMINARY -LONG PLAT A. :Hoh Rain forest. Lots, #344 , David Cunningham,°reviewed the.' Orel iminary= plait. of°the Hohi Rain Forest Lots. The plat consists of 17 lots borderibl: the- Hoh River in Western Jefferson County. Developer Harold Brandeberry and, Mr.'Cunningham explained that a one year .extension is request -becau-se:the i ter:tystem:and- road work will not be completed -within the time frame .required to file` the fi-nal plat. Norris; Shari seconded the' motion.. Upon a vote it carried unanimously. V. FINAL LONG -PLAT A. Kala*Poiht Division #3, #147; David Cunnlngham-reviewed-,the final long plat for Kala Point Division #3. 'The plat consists of.-63- , Lots_ averaging 26,100 square-fdet each. Mr. Cunningham explained that -the final plat -eras tho,same as the preliminary plat.
