SPECIAL WORKSHOP
MINUTES OF OCTOBER 10, 1977
I. OPENING BUSINESS
Chairman Randolph called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.
Members present were Karl Randolph, Dorithe Harrington, !!William Svensson,
Richard Kenyon, Eva Taylor and Harry Pollard
A quorum was declared by the Chairman.
Representing the Planning Department were Director David Cunningham and
Secretary Laura Southmayd.
Port Townsend Leader Reporter Robert Carson was present.
II. UPDATE - COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
Members reviewed part of Chapter 7 of the Comprehensive Plan entitled "Goals
and Policies". Sections presented were the introduction of the chapter which
included the Countywide goal and policies, "Housing and Residential", "Commer-
cial", and "Signs, Billboards, and Outdoor Advertising". Members made a few -
changes to the text.
III. ADJOURNMENT
The workshop meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
IV. NEXT MEETING
The next regular meeting is scheduled for November 2, 1977.
