William Svensson seconded the motion., Upon a vote it carried unanimously. PRELIMINARY LONG PLAT A. Kala Point Preliminary Plat #3: Tom Aumock reviewed ,.,the plat -report, which described the proposed division and stated Healthi- -Engineer and Pia 'a n*r0*ng,*D0.p4rtn!ent recommendations. Further; it described a requested vArfance;`..-to establish a- - private rather than a public arterialroadknown as "Kalz Point Drive". And, it stated variance.recommen-dations by -the Engineer and Planning Departments. Members asked xala-Point Engineer William*Hendrfchs questions about open space, -access, and underlying lot lines.
