Opening Business Chairman Norris Short called the meting to order at 7_:34 p.m. Members present were Finis Stevens, Fred.Hougthton, Ed Wainwright, Karl. Randolph, Harry Pollard, Eva Taylor. Planning Department staff present were David Cunningham and Tom Avnock. Guests were Mr. Wally Rutts and Mrs. Helen Dent. Minutes of April 16, 1975 were approved as written. II. New Business A. Proposed Preliminary Plat of Rondelay Meadows: Planning Director Dave Cunningham presented the Plat Report of the proposed preliminary plat. After little discussion, Karl Randolph moved to recouvwnd approval to the County Commissioners subject to the conditions on the Plat Report (copy attached). Nr. Randolph suggested that an open -space easement be filed to met the intent of condition of approval that park areas shall be restricted as areas for'the park, opon-space and recreation use of those propertyowners with "Ronde -lay Nbadows". lotion seconded and carried by unanimous vote. B. 8;q�a;;xa Court Decision, E.I.S: Chairman Short noted that a g4uii Court decision has been made that regulatory agencies should carry the burden -of costs when Environmental Impact Statements are required. III. Correspondence Zoning Bulletin April 21, 1975 letter of the law firm of Perkins, Coce, Stone, Olsen & Willi ms regarding American Campgrounds, Inc.; Application for Class E and F Licenses;.,, Discovery Bay. No action was taken. IV. Comprehensive Plan ` } Discussion of the Parks and Recreation Action Plan: Members received a draft action plan for Planning Areas 1,2, and 3; made comments and specific revisions as shown on the official work copy on file in the County Planning Department. Next Meeting The next meeting is scheduled for rhy 7th, 1975 on "Hoh Rain Forest Lots"; a public hearing.
