STRATEGY FOR COMPLETION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Planning Director Dave Cunningham presented the alternative directions for completing the Comprehensive Plan. Such a plan contains no map work, but contains broad goals and policies for' - particular land .uses. At the completion of such a Policy -_Plan, the next step is to develop mini -plans for the planning areas of the County, i.e. Coyle, or Discovery Bay,. etc. These mini plans would be very specific,. and would, therefore relate to each area individually.
