Mombers Present were Norris Short, Karl Randelph,.Finis Stevens, Fred Houghton,
Eked Lester, and Advisory Member Ken Johnson.
Manning Department staff were present.
Old Business:
— Discussion on the Black Pbint County Read Vacation Petition began. On this
Item, Karl Randolph moved that the Planning Department prepare facts and
'data relative to this vacation petition. Motion seconded, and passed.
Discussion of the Termination Point V.cation. Petition -fol,l.: d. It was
noted that the Primary party requesting this va6ation. has stated that they
own the entire plat, however, Commission m6mbrer Karl Randolph has definite
knowledge that this statement is false. The Flawflng Department was
directed to gather pertinent facts relative4to this petition.

.. In accordance with a motion by Karl Randolph in the last meeting f ormthe•
drafting of a position letter to, the Count, Conihissioners regarding vacation-1.
review by the Planning Couni.ssion, Chm. Norris Short read the letter he
has drafted. Because he had spoken with the Commissioners on this subject

Planning Bisector Dave Cunningham discussed the "Unclassified ]District" of
the Zoning Text.
Action taken on this district vent as far as changing the 25' setback
requirement to "in accordance with setback schedule section " It was
found at this point that it would be of greater benefit to the ^ mdssion
to consider this district as the last.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
