On this Item, Karl Randolph moved that the Planning Department prepare facts and 'data relative to this vacation petition. Motion seconded, and passed. Discussion of the Termination Point V.cation. It was noted that the Primary party requesting this va6ation. has stated that they own the entire plat, however, Commission m6mbrer Karl Randolph has definite knowledge that this statement is false. The Flawflng Department was directed to gather pertinent facts relative4to this petition.
