8:00 P.M. Chairman Short called the meeting to order.

Planning Department Staff were also present.
Guests present were: Ly-.e Sussman, Architect of W. M. Tsoa & Co., and
Ken Johnson, Soil & :Water Conservation Department,
also El.eano* r Meade.
Minutes of the Meech 6 meeting
were corrected as to letterhead, they were
approved as sailed and corrected.
Seaire Cmd dnium Preliminary Plat
Dave Cunningham discussed his conversation with Peter Thorsen (which was
alsoo tape recorded),.D10t Geologist, regarding the stability of the UpW
area of the preliminary plat, dud to recent sliding of the lower area.
Air. Thorsen stated that further geological study of the upper area should be
done. Mr. Kussman noted that his hired professional geologist has stated
that the upper area is stable and that the lower area can be stabilized.
After .so6e discussion, , Chairman Short. stated that, the. two geologists
should now get together and come to terms about the upper level..
Karl Randolph ag ed to this course of action. Motion: of same by Karl.
Seconded by Eva. Fred Houghton noted that Karl stated earlier that he will
be involved with Seaire. Thus, Karl withdrew -his motion; Eva withdrew
second.
Eva moved to table discussion, thus the voting on the plat until. the
two geol.pgists get together. Motion not seconded. The topic was tabled by
the Chairman.
Nomination to fill *a.Cancy
Fred Houghton rdcommends nomination of William P� ttis of Nordland, a
retired . cix%l::ongia ," of the Corps of Engineers. Karl moved that we
accept Fred Roughtonsl nomination. Seconded and passed.

Karl Randolph resumed presentation of, Residential. Zones. The number of
residential zones were doubled so as to afford apn,option of including -or ,
excluding mobile holes in each. zohe. Modifications and additions to the Draft
Residential. Zones are contained in the Work Copy of the Planning Director.
