7:45 pm. Chairman Short called the meeting to order.
Members present were: Finis StevenseRavy Pollard, Ed *Inwright, Chet
Dalgleish, Fred Houghton, Karl Rando*.
Planning Department Staff present.
Old Business
-Seaire Preliminary Condconinium Plat:
Chairman Short apprased members as regards the changes in the conditional
requirements of the preliminary condominiums. Plat approved reeomnendet ions
to the County Commissioners. Planning Director Dave Cunni.nglgam read the
Plat report, then proceeded onto the changed conditional requirements estab-
lished by the Planning Commission by request of the Count Commissioners.
Members agreed as to form and content.
Subdivision Regulations .
