The amounts that are adopted in the resolutions are in addition to new construction and improvements to property. refunds and am' increase in the value ofstate-assessed propeny. Linda tlerzoe: Suggested publishing an explanation on the Cotmty's website of the calculation oFreal and personal property taxes, including that the one percent tax base is applied to last years revenues and not on a personal tax bill and that nett eonsn~uction money is in addition u> the levies. it is very confusing. Ranked capacity is somethins that was allowed in the past. is banked capacity something that is also included in the calculation and has the County always had a one percent increase? Regional Services Agree»tenl for Technologr• Support Services: Information Services ~~tanager David Shamblcy presented a regional services agrccntcnt for technology support with Jcltcrsou County Public Ltilit~ District (PLDI Vo. 1. ~9r. Shambles stated YI:U Kcsource ~1anager Bill Graham asked h1r. Shamblcy to assist the PCU with creating job descriptions which resulted in the development of the regional services agreement for technolo~~y suppon. PC. U Manager .tames Parker stated the Pli U is preparing for the power to be switched aver from Puget Sound Energy (PSE) to the PUU and there is an average of ten Tnti>mtation Technology (I"F) staff tier a power company. The PItD has one 1T' staff member. Mr. Graham. and 1'F tasks are only a small ponion of the responsibility of his positicnt. The Pl_rD is in need of technology support. County' i\dministrator Morley stated this agreement will allow the P}--: D to have access to the infrastructure that County staff have already built (i.e. backin~~ up e- mails).
