Subject: Executive Session: Property Acquisition for Port Hadlock
Wastewater Treatment Project
Statement of Issue:
Consider acquisition of real estate for the Port Hadtock Wastewater Treatment
Project.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's 8 Con's:
Certain real estate is required for locating the wastewater reuse and infiltration
facility for this project. The Board will discuss an administrative settlement.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis:
Acquisition will be covered by the 2011 LTGO Bond Funds.
Recommendation:
In subsequent regular session, authorize Public Works to proceed with an
administrative settlement for the subject parcels.
