Salary for 2013 }
TT"HFRF..~T.S. the State of Washington shall contribute an amount equal to one-half
the salary of a superior court judge lo«'ards the salary of the elected prosecuting attorney. l`pon
receipt of the state contribution. a county shall continue to contribute towards die salary of the
elected prosecuting attorney in an amount that eyuals or exceeds that contributed by the county
in 2008 in accordance with RCS\' ~G.17.02~: and

established as a basis for payment of the State's share of the .Tefferson County Prosecuting
Attorney's salary.
