Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's 8 Con's: This Bid Opening is for construction of the new culvert at Alder Creek Tributary, which will be afish-passable, 25-ft. span, precast, reinforced concrete 3-sided structure. This will replace the existing, deteriorated 6-foot diameter metal culvert which is afish-passage barrier. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: The Engineer's Estimate is $633,069. This will be funded at 86.5q by the Federal Highway Administration, with the remaining 13.5% provided by the Rurdl Arterial Program (RAP) and the County Road Fund.
