SUBJECT: DISCUSSION re: 2013 Community Input Meeting Schedule
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On Monday, 7anuary 7, 2013 the Board of Commissioners directed staff to schedule community input
meerings at vazious locations in the County.
The following dates and locations have been tentatively scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.:
Thursday, Apri14, 2013 Tri Area Community Center
Tuesday, Apri19, 2013 Coyle Community Center (same date as Coyle Parks & Rec District Mtg.)
Monday, Apri122, 2013 Port Ludlow Beach Club
Thursday, May 9, 2013 Brirmon Community Center
Tuesday, May 21, 2013 Port Townsend Communit;~ Center
Monday, June 10, 2013 Gazdiner Community Center
]uly 29, 30 or 31, 2013 Hoh Tribal Center (to coincide with canoe journey)
TBD Cape George Club House (Work Sessions aze held the 2n° Tuesday at 3:00 p.m.
These work sessions last for approx. 2 hours and have a large community
turnout. The Commissioners may want to hold their meeting at 5:00 or 5:30
p.m. for this location)
1. Approve the above Community Input schedule and staff will publish an advertisement.
2. Decide on the start time for the Cape George Community Input meeting.
